I approach my practice from a decolonized, relational, and anti-oppressive framework. I believe that you are the expert of your story and know your needs best. Through conversation and connection, we will explore your personal strengths and find a co-created approach that facilitates your healing journey. I offer my support from a systemic perspective. This means your relationship to self and others, organizations, and the overall social, political, economic and cultural climate you were born into, raised and currently interact with is considered as well as welcomed into the room with us.

Vacation Notice: I will be away from September 20th to October 14th inclusive.

I graciously meet you as an uninvited guest on the unceded, ancestral territories of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh speaking peoples. As an ally, it is my commitment to walk alongside you, in a good way. I am a cisgender woman with she/her pronouns and have Irish, Scottish, Welsh and French ancestry. I am grateful to share space and time with you on this territory.

Since 2019, I have worked with community-based non-profit organizations focused on strengthening connections between children, families, and their communities. This work has deepened my understanding of the complex challenges families face and reinforced my commitment to fostering environments where people can thrive. In addition to supporting children and families, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, and interpersonal or marital conflict. My approach is culturally competent and trauma-informed, with a focus on building trust, promoting resilience, and supporting meaningful change.

In my free time I enjoy tending to my plants, practicing hot yoga and attending local events in the city. This work is deeply meaningful to me and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside folks during some of their most vulnerable moments.
